How do Christians have sex and not worry about going to hell?

Married Christians get it on regularly for the most part don't they? Why aren't they worried that they are committing lust? Do they think that because they're married its o.k. to have sex without the intention of having a baby? Because doesn't the bible basically say that sex without the intention of having kids is wrong?
